Sometimes life can seem so stressful, as if a storm of anxiety was swirling around us.  In other moments, life can feel absolutely monotonous, without purpose or excitement.  I believe that God wants to tear down the walls in our lives, which trap us in either of these extremes.  Today we'll discuss God's reality for our lives, and how Communion actually makes a difference.
